Transforming Your Church Through Discipleship

“Discipleship is always relational before it’s organizational,” it requires an intentional, highly relational process of life-on-life mentoring. When this is happening, you and church will never be the same.

LEVEL 1

Foundation

Beginning the journey!

The following three Foundation trainings are an excellent place to begin your discipleship journey. You may take them in any order as they are made available. Each one is a self-contained unit, so enjoy them all as you learn.

Foundations for Gospel Conversion Training

We call it our “4-1-1 Gospel Conversion Training.” It’s about 3 hours of equipping you beginning with WHY we share our Faith. Then WHO we begin to share with. Then the equipping begins, you will learn how to effetely share your TESTIMONEY to help open the door to share GOD’S STORY the Good News with people. Then you will begin learning WHEN you but it all into practice as you share Christ with others. You begin with people you already know and love.During the three hours, you will learn an effective way to get into conversions about Christ, what to say, you also will have practiced sharing enough to gain confidence you can do this.

Foundations for Growing Disciples to Maturity

This training is 3 ½ hours long. During this time, you will learn and participated in and facilitate a Discovery Bible Study. During this training you will not only learn a simple method of studying the Bible, but also how to facilitate a Discovery Group of friends and family who are seeking God. This is a powerful ministry tool you will always have at your disposal.

Foundations of SPIRIT WALKING.

This session is about 2 hours of learning about and experiencing the Holy Spirit as He equips and empowers you for a life of ministry and service. This is not so much a teaching session, as it is experiencing God in your life through His SPIRIT. God has already provided everything we need to do his will and bring Glory to His Name.

LEVEL 2

Zúme Discipleship

It’s 10, two-hour sessions over about 10 week’s, sometimes it’s extended a little. The reason it may last a little longer, is we equip people how to do ministry, not just transfer information, so we Model and Assist skills, so everyone learns how to do ministry, not just know about it.

LEVEL 3

Experiencing Life

It’s 8 Weeks of Equipping in how to lead Discovery Bible Study Groups, each session is 1 ½ hours long and builds upon what you learn in the previous sessions. This is a more advanced training of practical skills in how gather small groups of people, who are far from God, to help them come to Christ. Remember We Disciple the lost to come to know Christ as LORD, then we Disciple them to maturity, where they can make disciples that multiply.Discipleship involves an intentional and highly relational process. It takes endurance, commitment, walking in the Spirit, a life of Bold Audacious Praying, along with the determination to Never Giving Up!
